Graduation and on to the next steps

I did not attend my official graduation. Instead, I wore my doctoral robe for the first time and graduated with my PhD alongside my students as they received their Bachelors and Masters degrees at Regents University London.

This moment was more than a ceremony. It was a shared step in a path that has been built through time, work, and trust. To be in the same space, on the same day, moving across the stage together was an honour.

The journey to a degree is often thought of as a personal goal, but to reach it with others makes it something greater.I have watched these students work through tasks, ideas, and challenges. I have seen them arrive, adapt, and move forward. We have shared classrooms, discussions, and long days. We have been present for one another in times of progress and in times of strain.

This shared path has formed a link that a single event cannot fully capture. To wear the robe and hold the certificate with them felt like a sign that we are part of something beyond an individual milestone. It was a point of connection between teacher and student, between one stage of life and the next.I am grateful to the people who made this possible and to those who have walked with me through each step. Here is to the journey, the growth, and the people who share it.

Congratulations to all!

For next steps, I plan to continue my research and share through social media.
